If you want to make a new cursor sprite then just edit all the frames and merge it back. That's the easiest way to recolor all sprites. If you used anything besides replace color or use pencil tool to edit certain pixels then you will have to do that for all frames. Open SPR Conview and using convert Bmp to Spr select all the Bmp frames along with the first recolored and all the other frames will auto convert to the palette of the first frame. Open the first frame.BMP in photoshop and use replace color tool to change the color palette of the cursor and save. Open the Cursor.spr using conview and select convert Spr to Bmp to extract all the frames to a desired folder.
